Fourth album from Ichiro Tsuji's rhythmic noise industrial project Dissecting Table, released in 1993 by Dark Vinyl Records.

The name refers to Ichiro's first release "Ultimate Psychological Description" from 1986, and the A-side tracks ("Accomplishment" and "I Get My Slogan") from that EP are included here in newly recorded form, while the B-side tracks ("Silent Violence" and "Camouflage") are featured in their original versions as the last two songs of this album.

Tracks No.1- No.8 recorded at UDP Studio (1992/1993).
Tracks No.9 and No.10 recorded live 22. October 1986.

This item is 2nd-hand (CD in jewel case) but it's in excellent condition.
